Serves 4

100g cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
4 flour tortilla wraps
150g Northwest fresh sweet cherries, stoned and roughly chopped
1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
4 lettuce leaves
A good handful of alfalfa sprouts

  • Combine the cheese, chives, lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
  • Spread each tortilla wrap with the cheese mixture.
  • Top with cherries, cucumber slices, alfalfa sprouts and lettuce and roll up.

Variation: Instead of using the tortilla wraps, cut pitta bread in half and use instead.
